Sounds to me that since the case was closed and the seller did not refund, the seller had won the case or had a "no fault" decision. In this instance your feedback was unrelated to the sellers performance and thus removeable. Sure, sellers CS shop to find the right one. It is commonly discussed on these threads. Its the only way a seller can protect himself.

Looking at your feedback left for others I see no history of abuse so I am sure that in thsi case either the seller was at fault or there truely was no fault. In any case, the feedback is removed so just move on from it. If this seller is bad, he will get whats coming to him. Be thankful that you got your money back. At least the system worked for you in that regard. Though the poor quality of training these people seem to get is also a good reason the shopping for a rep happens.
